We can meet your entire cleaning requirements.  We will provide you with the same regular cleaner, fully trained to our high standard, on a day to suit you.  Your cleaner will not only clean but will also do your ironing if required.  If you are ever unhappy with your cleaner, for whatever reason, you may request to try another cleaner until you find your match ‘Maid in Heaven’.

We work together with your cleaner to maintain a high standard of service and we are continually looking at new ways of improving that service.  Your feedback and suggestions on how we can improve are encouraged and always welcome

We appreciate that allowing a complete stranger into your home (sometimes with a key) is quite a big step, hence we carry out a very strict vetting procedure with all prospective cleaners.  We interview all prospective cleaners personally and insist that they provide us with references as well as proof of address and ID which are rigorously checked.
